Setup fees are non-refundable once the chatbot build process has begun. This fee covers the time and resources required to design and configure the automation system.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
Cancellation will stop future billing, but refunds are not provided for the current billing period.
If a customer experiences technical problems with their chatbot, McMahon Automation will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.
If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, service access may be suspended while the dispute is investigated.
