Customers are responsible for providing accurate information needed to build their chatbot, including business details, FAQs, and other requested content.
Customers may not use McMahon Automation services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or spam-related activities.
Services may include one-time setup fees and recurring subscription fees. By purchasing our services, you authorize recurring billing for applicable subscriptions until cancellation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, McMahon Automation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
In no event shall liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for services in the three months preceding the claim.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
McMahon Automation may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
